Green Dreams Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our users, ensuring smooth IT operations and prompt resolution of technical issues. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, managing tickets and resolving issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on-site and remotely.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including computers, printers, and software applications.
  • Maintain an accurate log of issues, resolutions, and system performance metrics.
  • Assist in the setup of IT equipment for new employees and ensure they receive proper orientation.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on problem resolution.

  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and server administration.
